All of my hiking tours are preplanned from Yalta to Yalta.

| Cave towns of Crimea are " fragments of
lost civilization, mute witnesses of human passions: joy of cunning bargain,
the night pray-thanksgiving for healthy children and happiness in marriage...
and - sudden fury of Nogai nomads, fire and grief..." For this hiking tour we leave Yalta and go by car to Bakhchisaray' area (100 km. from Yalta). We visit by foot a small cave monastery, situated far in the mountains. We spend some time here, sitting and relaxing in a peace of mind. Starting from 2004 this monastery is active and there are some monks who live here. We take our lunch on a nice spot with a marvelous view and then continue our hike to visit a cave town. After that we comeback with another road. Vertical ascent and descent about 500 m. Total distance 19 km. Time on foot is about 6 hours. Total time from Yalta to Yalta is about 9 hours. | Valley of the Ghosts is the complex of stunning rock formation, that have been created by wind erosion of sandstone. Some of formation remind the fairy-tale creatures. All depends on your imagination... We leave Yalta and go by car to the foot of Demerzdhi mountain (55 km. from Yalta) where from we start our hiking tour. First we come through the Valley of Ghost and reach a plateau of Demerzdhi mountain (more than 1200 m. above sea level), then we descend to a small waterfall, take our lunch and comeback with another road. Vertical ascent and descent are 600 m. Total distance is about 15 km. Time on foot is about 5 hours and appr. 7.5 hours total from Yalta to Yalta.
